Click the Human Resources, Vision Enterprises link. 3. Click the vertical scrollbar. 4. Click the Define Collective Agreements link. 5. The Collective Agreements page describes the components you can use to represent the terms of a collective agreement, and to apply the correct entitlements to the primary assignments of eligible employees.
