毕 业 论 文 　 　　 二○一六年六月 上市公司社会责任信息评价研究 专业班级： 公共管理1班 姓 名： 李国臻 指导教师： 王春立 人文与社会科学学院摘 要 产生于20世纪初盛行于20世纪80-90年代的公司社会责任研究，在西方已取得了丰富的成果。进入到21世纪以来，面对人类可持续发展的共同问题，不但西方学者再次掀起了有关公司社会责任的研究热潮，中国学者也开始深入研究相关问题。公司社会责任信息评价作为公司社会责任的重要方面，自然受到理论界和实务界的格外关注。 本文对中国上市公司社会责任信息评价进行研究，旨在寻求提高公司社会责任信息评价水平的有效途径，保护利益相关者的利益。提高公司社会责任信息评价水平，一方面可以加强对公司的监督，规范上市公司的行为，有效保护利益相关者的利益;另一方面可以提高社会公众对公司的信心和认可度，扩大公司产品的市场占有率，增强公司的核心竞争力，为公司可持续发展创造条件。本文在借 关键词：上市公司；社会责任；信息评价ABSTRACT Produced in the early 20th century, popular in the 1980s - Corporate Social Responsibility of the 1990s, the West has achieved fruitful results. Into the 21st century, faced with the common problem of sustainable human development, not only Western scholars once again set off a boom in research related to corporate social responsibility, Chinese scholars have begun in-depth study of related issues. Corporate social responsibility information disclosure as an important aspect of corporate social responsibility, naturally the theory and practice of special attention. In this paper, Chinese listed companies social responsibility information disclosure research, aimed at finding an effective way to improve corporate social responsibility information disclosure level to protect the interests of stakeholders. Improve the level of corporate social responsibility information disclosure, on the one hand can enhance the companys supervision, standardize the behavior of listed companies, effectively protect the interests of stakeholders; on the other hand can increase the public confidence in the company and recognition, expanding the companys product market share, enhance the companys core competitiveness and create conditions for the sustainable development of the company.
