摘 要 利用计算机建立试题库，让计算机根据出卷人的要求，自动选题组卷，是实现考试规范化，科学化的一个重要手段。按照怎样的策略来选题组卷才能较大程度地保证组卷成功是其中的一个重要的课题。而随着计算机技术及人工智能的发展，组卷系统的研究逐渐被越来越多的专家学者所注意，它不仅涉及到组卷数学模型的建立，还包括对其应用的算法进行研究。试卷组卷算法的优劣直接影响到试题库的性能。本文在分析基于知识点的试题库结构的基础上，阐述以知识点，难点系数和题型为主要控制参数的组卷算法的建立与实现方法。并且，在强调试题通用性，实用性和功能全面性的前提下,提出了具有面向对象屏幕操作风格的试题库管理系统的设计思想及其实现方法。使用了一种可视化开发工具DELPHI 7.0，研制开发了通用试题库系统。 关键词：通用题库； 知识点； 自动组卷； Delphi Abstract The establishment of test question data-base by way of computer and automatic topic selection in paper-setting according to the needs of exam-makers are important means to standardize and rationalize exams.And which tactic should be taken in order to ensure the success of paper-setting is a key project for research. Moreover,as the development of computer technique and Artifical Intelligence,the exam paper gernerating system is more and more paid attention to by a lot of scientist.It not only comes down to establish of mathematics model,but also related to applied arithmetic. The quality ot test question data-base is directly affected by stand or full of the arithmetic of organizing examination. This paper describes the design of the structure of the test question database and the method of the foundation realization of arithmetic of organizing examination paper with the main controls parameters of content of exam and coefficient of difficulty and the structure of test question. In addition, the examination base is developed by the use of visual tool DELPHI 7.0 and can be used in wide range of applications.
