毕业设计说明书(毕业论文) 复杂断面重轨在线无损检测系统设计 ——利用虚拟仪器实现激光检测 摘 要 关键词: The Design of Online Non-destructive Testing System of Complex Cross-section Heavy Rail 棗Laser Testing Base on Virtual Instrument Abstract In recent years,Non-destructive testing (NDT) technology is playing an increasingly important role in various fields with the modern industry,the scientific and the technological`s development.Laser Holography Non-destructive testing methods compare with other NDT method,the development is the older,the technological is more mature,the scope of application is the broader,it is one important application of the holographic interferometry technology. In addition,Virtual Instrument (VI) technology is come from the computer technology and equipment`s deeper integration.Through the application process,the general computer hardware will be combined with the equipment.User can operate the compute through friendly graphical interface.Make use of the software,data Analysis,expression and user interface graphically will be realized. The design is that Virtual Instrument (VI) technology finish Laser Non-destructive testing. Make use of Laser Holography Detection Technology,Laser probe tests Heavy rail section,the signal of electricity is outputed.Through the signal processing circuit`s processing,it will produce a standard signal. Data Acquisition acquise the signal,it is convered the digital signal,which the computer may handle.Make use of the device drivers,digital signal into the computer.In LabVIEW platform, user calls the process,the detected wave will be displaied in virtual instrument frontpanel.Through the analysis and the comparison,the judgement is that the detected heavy rail whether there is defects and damage,and preserve data.The design of heavy rail`s Non-destructive testing system is completed.The system is m
