辽宁省高等教育自学考试旅游管理专业（本科段） 毕业论文 沈 阳 大 学 论文题目： 论主题公园的发展 学生姓名： 王晓雪 准考证号： 010405100035 指导教师： 肇静玮 完成日期： 2010年3月1日 论 主题公园的发展 内容提要： 主题公园作为新兴的旅游景区，己经成为人们重要的旅游目的地。但是，纵观全局，主题公园的发展还未能到达成熟期，存在不少问题。本文就主题公园实际存在的一些问题，从策划和发展两方面入手展开讨论。主题公园的发展受人才、资金、主题、项目及气候等因素所制约，其模式主要包括主题公园的自身发展、多元化发展及与周边景区结合发展等几种。 本文通过对以上各发展模式进行探讨、分析，得出各自相应的发展框架及最理想的发展方法。在整个研究过程中，笔者将实地考察以及收集到的国内外关于主题公园的大量相关资料运用其中，有针对性的为文中各问题的研究提供了实践依据，并得出主题公园策划与发展在指导主题公园建设中的重要意义及两者之间的相互关系。同时，笔者还在文章后一部分对代表性实例进行重点阐述、探讨，以求从各角度验证文章中的论点。总结、归纳文中内容，最后，笔者得出指导主题公园发展的几点意见，为主题公园的建设提供理论支持。 关键词： 主题公园 主题 发展 发展模式 Abstract: Theme Parks are developing so fast that they are becoming important component of the modern tourism. However, generally speaking, since the theme parks’ development is not mature, there are a lot of problem. This article is focused on the development of theme parks to solve these problems. The development is impacted by talents, funds, themes, projects and climate. The development of theme parks include several models such as own development, diversity development and integration with the surrounding scenic areas. The author researched main content of the above models. Later, the author got the framework of development for each model and the ideal model of development. The author field massive visits and articles related to the course of the study which are collected at home and abroad theme park’s, providing a basis of practice for the problems of article. Later, the author got the scheme and development’ significance for the construction of theme parks and the interaction between them. Moreover, the writer focused on analysis of the representative examples in the later part of the article, authenticating the argument in the article from the various perspectives. Finally, the author got the scientific theory to guide the scheme and deve
