高浓度制药废水预处理技术研究
摘要:以某制药厂排出的制药废水为处理对象,研究比较了混凝法﹑Fenton氧化法﹑臭氧氧化法﹑电解法和微电解法对废水的预处理效果。发现混凝法不能有效去除废水中的溶解性的有机物,微电解法和电解法对去除有机物有很好的效果,CODCr的去除率可达65%以上。Fenton氧化和微电解法对色度的去除效果较好,臭氧氧化和电解由于氧化还原反应可能生成一些新的物质,使得废水色度反而上升。除化学混凝法外,其他各种方法均能明显提高废水的B/C值,为后续的生化处理创造有利条件。关键词:高浓度制药废水 预处理 混凝Fenton氧化氧化 电解中图分类号: X787 文献标识码:AStudy on the Pretreatment Methods for High Organic Concentration Pharmaceutical Wastewater Treatment

Abstract: The comparisons of pretreatment methods of chemical coagulation, oxidation with Fenton agent, ozone oxidation, electrolysis and micro-electrolysis were experimental studied for the treatment of a kind of pharmaceutical wastewater containing high concentration organic compounds. Experimental result showed that chemical coagulation was not suitable for the remove of the soluble organic compounds in the waster water. On the other hand, the organic compounds were largely degraded by means of electrolysis and micro-electrolysis treatment, and CODCr removal was achieved above 65% for both the methods. The chroma of the wastewater was largely degraded after the treatments by both methods of oxidation with Fenton agent and micro-electrolysis. Meanwhile the chroma of the wastewater was obviously increased after the treatments by both methods of ozone oxidation and electrolysis, which was ascribed to the formation of new chrom-compounds. It was also found that the B/C value was significantly increased by all tested methods but chemical coagulation, which is beneficial for sequent biological treatment process.

目前,浓度较低、成分较简单、生物降解性能较好的有机化工废水可通过组合传统的工艺得到处理,而浓度高、难以生物降解、高含盐的有机废水如制药废水处理,无论技术上还是经济上都存在较大困难,如只依赖单一处理工艺往往难以达标,一般采用多工艺的组合,以充分发挥各种处理工艺的优势[]。
选择不同的预处理技术处理这些高浓度的有机废水,往往会对后续的生化过程产生较大的影响。一般,混凝法﹑Fenton氧化法﹑臭氧氧化法﹑电解法和微电解法是废水处理中常用的预处理方法。混凝法主要用来去除废水中的细小悬浮物及胶体微粒,但却不能有效去除废水中可溶性有机物;Fenton氧化法是利用亚铁离子作
