5 摘要：DNA 分子在细胞分裂间期是以 DNA 长链的形式存在，而在细胞分裂期 DNA 分子则
在 DNA 拓扑异构酶的作用下被切割成长短不等的 DNA 分子片段存在，分裂结束时在 DNA
连接的作用下通过重接或重排重新形成 DNA 长链分子。DNA 分子片段的重接导致细胞重
新进入细胞期，即形成未分化细胞，而 DNA 分子片段的重排导致细胞分化和细胞器的形成。
已分化的细胞也可以通过 DNA 分子片段的重接而脱分化，恢复细胞分裂能力。癌细胞的产
