内 容 摘 要 国际金融危机发生后，世界经济面临产业结构的重大调整，跨国并购更加活跃。从我国企业目前的海外并购情况来看，既有不少成功的例子，也有一些失败的例子。本文分析海外并购的原因，揭示了企业在进行海外并购面临机遇和挑战。如何抓住我国企业进行海外并购的机遇，并防范其中的风险。基于此，本文从企业和国家两个层面提出对策：企业要提高其海外并购能力，国家要创造良好的并购环境。通过本文的研究，对提高中国企业海外并购成功率有一定的参考价值。 关键词 海外并购；机遇；挑战 Opportunities and Challenges of Chinese Enterprises OverseasAcquisitions By: Li Bo? ?Supervisor: Associate Professor, Liu Zhen Abstract After the international financial crisis, the world economy is facing with the significant adjustment of industrial structure and  HYPERLINK app:ds:active \t _self active transnational MA.
