PAGE  UNIVERSITY 本 科 毕 业 论 文（设 计） 题目： 轻型土槽实验台车机构设计 学 院： 工学院 姓 名： 学 号： 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 年 级： 指导教师： 职 称： 二○一二 年 五 月 PAGE 15 摘要 农业机械性能试验在田间进行，受农时影响、季节性等诸多条件的制约。在分析现有土槽实验台车发展的现状基础上，根据海峡两岸山地大部分都采用轻型农机具。以及一些福建山地农业机械存在的问题，设计了轻型土槽实验台车，可以用来测试所涉及的农业机械整体或工作部件的性能参数，以降低成本，提高设计功率，缩短农业机械的研制和投产周期，及时提供适合山地地貌使用的现代农业机械，是现代农业技术在海峡西岸经济区的特色农业产业带、主导产业、重点特色农产品的增产、增收和可持续发展种花卉重要作用，加快推进两岸山地农业现代化。对加快推进海峡西岸经济区山地农业机械化和现代农业化的发展具有重要意义。 本设计收集了多种海峡西岸山地轻小型农机具及其配套工作部件的参数，通过分析和整理发现大部分轻小型农机具其配套动力在7.35kw以下，行进速度在10km/h以下。鉴于此，通过pro/e进行建模，制造出结构紧凑、重量轻、操作方便、能为多种海峡西岸山地的轻小型农机具提供测试轻型土槽实验台车。 关键词：轻型； 土槽； 实验台车； 速比 Abstract Processing the performance testing of agriculture mechanical in the field ,constrains by the farming season ,seasonal ,and many other conditions .Based on analysis of the current development of existing soil bin testing car ,According to the mountains on the West side of the Strait most use the light and small agriculture machinery ,and the existing some problems in Fujian mountains’ agricultural machinery ,this design designed light soil bin testing trolley ,which can be used to be test the feasibility and performance parameters of the designed agriculture machinery’s whole machine or components and it is to reduce the cost and improve the success rate of design ,but also to shorten the cycles of development and production of agriculture machinery ,provided some which is suitable for mountain topography of modern agricultural machinery timely ,make modern agriculture machinery technology play an important role in the economic area of straits West Coast characteristic agriculture industrial belt ,leading industries ,keys features and increasing yield of agricultural products an sustainable development,accelerating the modernization of mountains on the
