温度传感器在医用恒温恒湿箱中的应用
摘 要
本文主要设计基于NTC电阻温度传感器在恒温恒湿箱中的温度测量系统。温度是被广泛用来测量的物理量,在恒温恒湿箱中温度测量是重要的组成部分。热电阻、热敏电阻、热电偶、二极管、NTC都可以用来测量温度和控制温度。出于传感器的感温精度、稳定性、成本、生产过程等因素的考虑,NTC相对这些元器件来说,成本是最低廉的。也渐渐的取代了其他类型的传感器。NTC它的测量范围一般为-10~ 300℃,也可做到-200~ 10℃,甚至可用于 300~ 1200 ℃环境中作测温用,现在一般医用恒温恒湿箱的温度范围在2~48℃。
典型的温度测量过程分为收集采集环境温度信号,经过放大器把小信号放大,经过A/D转换器把模拟信号转换成数字信号,经单片机处理显示在液晶屏上,通过键盘控制箱体内温度,再由上述过程把结果反馈到液晶屏上,并且尤温度测量报警电路及水泥升温电阻加热。
本文开始对NTC温度测量作了概述,之后对整体设计思路进分析,再通过硬件软件两方面整理,最后进行测试。
