温度传感器在医用恒温恒湿箱中的应用 摘 要 本文主要设计基于NTC电阻温度传感器在恒温恒湿箱中的温度测量系统。温度是被广泛用来测量的物理量，在恒温恒湿箱中温度测量是重要的组成部分。热电阻、热敏电阻、热电偶、二极管、NTC都可以用来测量温度和控制温度。出于传感器的感温精度、稳定性、成本、生产过程等因素的考虑，NTC相对这些元器件来说，成本是最低廉的。也渐渐的取代了其他类型的传感器。NTC它的测量范围一般为-10～ 300℃，也可做到-200～ 10℃，甚至可用于 300～ 1200 ℃环境中作测温用，现在一般医用恒温恒湿箱的温度范围在2～48℃。 典型的温度测量过程分为收集采集环境温度信号，经过放大器把小信号放大，经过A/D转换器把模拟信号转换成数字信号，经单片机处理显示在液晶屏上，通过键盘控制箱体内温度，再由上述过程把结果反馈到液晶屏上，并且尤温度测量报警电路及水泥升温电阻加热。 本文开始对NTC温度测量作了概述，之后对整体设计思路进分析，再通过硬件软件两方面整理，最后进行测试。 关键词：NTC传感器，单片机，恒温恒湿箱的温度测量 Temperature sensor in the medical application of constant temperature and humidity box ABSTRACT This design is based primarily NTC resistor temperature sensor in constant temperature and humidity chamber temperature measurement system.
