 PAGE - 32 -  PAGE 30 小型混凝土搅拌机结构设计 摘 要 搅拌可以使两种或多种不同的物质在彼此之中互相扩散，从而达到均匀混合；也可以加速传质和传热过程。在工业生产中，搅拌操作是从工业开始的，围绕食品、纤维、造纸、石油、水处理、建筑等，作为工艺过程的一部分而被广泛应用。本文就以建筑为中心设计一款小型混凝土搅拌机。 本设计的小型混凝土搅拌机是强制式搅拌机中的一种，搅拌非常均匀，质量好，生产效率高，成本低。其主要组成结构包括：电动机、带传动、减速器、链传动、搅拌结构及机架等。主要设计计算内容是小型混凝土搅拌机搅拌装置的设计及其校核，搅拌轴的连接及强度校核，各部分在机架中的安装位置设计已达到小巧方便的设计要求。 本设计完成了总体结构的拟定，通过设计计算和校核，确定了各组成部分的结构尺寸和形状，实现了混凝土搅拌的功能。 关键词：搅拌机；立轴；混凝土；搅拌装置；传动系统 ABSTRACT Mixing can make two or more different materials in the spread of each other, so as to achieve the smooth; mix Also can accelerate and mass and heat transfer process.
