BR/LLDPE微泡胶的研制
摘要: 本论文以BR(顺丁橡胶)/LLDPE(线性低密度聚乙烯)为主要对象来进行微泡胶的研制,通过混炼、硫化等工艺制成各变量配方的BR/LLDPE,再对促进剂,发泡剂,发泡助剂的选择,并通过多组实验进行分析,以及对它们用量的选择,最后选择出理想的试验配方,(配方为BR/LLDPE 80/20 硬脂酸1.5份 氧化锌4份 促进剂CZ 1份 发泡剂8份 硫磺1.7份,硫化温度160℃),研制结构好、性能优、泡孔小的微泡橡胶,最后对微泡胶的密度,硬度,拉升强度,拉断伸长率,撕裂强度,以及通过扫描电镜观察泡孔结构,选择泡孔较小、泡孔分布均匀和较规整、微发泡胶。最终研制出硫化与发泡速度匹配性好,强度高,泡孔小且分布均匀综合性能优良的BR/LLDPE热塑性弹性体微发泡胶的微泡橡胶。

BR / LLDPE Micro-foam Development
Abstract: In this thesis, BR (butadiene rubber) / LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) as the main object to carry out the development of micro-foam made ??through mixing, curing process variable formula BR / LLDPE, and then the promotion of, foaming agents, foam additives, choice, and to analyze multiple sets of experiments, as well as on the choice of their usage, and finally select the ideal test formula (the formula for the BR / LLDPE 80/20 stearic acid 1.5 phrfour zinc oxide accelerator CZ 8 were blowing agent sulfur 1.7, the curing temperature of 160 ° C), to develop a good structure, excellent performance, small micro-cell foam rubber, and finally the micro-foam density, hardness, pulll strength, elongation at break, tear strength, and by scanning electron microscopy, cell structure, select the cell smaller, foam evenly distributed and more regular, micro styrofoam.
