吉林师范大学博达学院学士学位论文 PAGE  PAGE 19 吉林师范大学博达学院学士学位论文撰写格式样本 （论文双面打印）  分 类 号：TN383 　　 　　 密　　　级： 无 学士学位论文 社区老年教育问题研究 Research on community?old age education?problems 系别 专业： 管理系 社会工作 姓名 学号： 吕雪 1156114 年级 班级： 2011级 1班 指导教师及职称： 陈冲 讲师 2014年12月   摘 要 目前老年人社区教育已经成为社区建设的一个重要环节，随着中国的人口老龄化趋势的日益明显，我国老年人群体对社区老年教育的服务需求十分迫切。我国目前的老年教育管理体制还不健全，老年教育保障机制缺乏，老年教育发育不足。所以关于社区老年教育服务的细分化、多样化、专业化要求已日益突出。如何建立健全的系统、科学的社区老年教育服务体系已经成为当前社区老年教育发展必须应对的问题。 文章首先交代社区老年教育的兴起，以及社区老年教育的在社区建设中的实际作用。然后再通过国内国外的社区老年教育情况分析对比，找出我国现在社区教育发展所面临的几点问题，并提出社区工作介入社区老年教育以科学方式有效的解决所面临的问题。 关键词：社区教育；老年教育；社会工作 Abstract At present, the elderly community education has become an important part of community construction, with the Chinese population aging trend has become increasingly evident, the elderly population in our country to the community old-age education service demand is very urgent. At present our country old age education management system is not perfect, the lack of education for the aged security mechanism, the aged education development deficiencies. So on the community old-age education service fine differentiation, diversification, specialization requirements have become increasingly prominent. How to establish and perfect the system, the scientific community old-age education service system has become the community old age education development must deal with the problem. The article first account of the rise of community old age education, community education and the elderly in the community building in the actual role. Then through the comparison and analysis of the community elderly education home and abroad, and find out some problems in China are now facing the development of community education, and puts forward the community work involved in community elderly education in a scientific way to solve effectively the problems faced.
