In-depth analysis of fac? tors that influence the efficiency of construction production is beneficial in reducing the cost of construction, while strengthening the cost management is helpful to improve construction efficiency. Its necessary to intensify the construc? tion production management mode to realize the cost reduction; strengthen the whole life cost management to improve con? struction efficiency; attach great importance to science and technology, informationization, so as to realize the win-win sit? uation of construction cost and construction production efficiency.
