There are so many valuable things for us to remember and recall here. Many of us began our journey of youth in Yan Tian Foreign Language School since junior high. There are many strict rules here for us to obey. Sometimes these rules seem a little too strict, but they are necessary for us to become high-quality students and to become qualified citizens to meet the challenges in the future. We respect our teachers and are ready to help our schoolmates; we wear neat school uniforms and take part in school activities energetically; we are honest; we are polite and harmonious; we treasure all we have and try to make the most of what we have. Every morning, we come into the school with the rising sun. We are optimistic and have great ambitions, so we work hard every day to make our dreams come true. We do everything carefully and hopefully and never lose heart. Only have we formed good habits can we make our dreams come true and become qualified members in society. We will take our responsibility and always be good students here and perform well in the future! 争做盐外高素质学子 盐田区外国语学校 高二（2）班 何逸涛 时间飞逝，青春不息。多少个日日夜夜过去了，我们历经了多少酸甜苦辣，学校里度过的点滴生活，回想起来，总让人记忆犹存，刻骨铭心。 从步入初中的门槛起，我们多少同学，就在盐外这美丽的校园里，开始了自己稚嫩而充实的青春旅程。在学校里，我们有许许多多的校规，班规是需要我们遵守的，俗话说得好，“没有规矩，不成方圆”。在盐外的校园里，你会渐而发现，有许许多多的规矩，看似严厉，非同其他兄弟，但那都是造就高素质学子无形的辅助工具。我们只有严格规范自己日常生活学习行为，长大成人后，才有资格步入社会，参与高标准的社会，实现目标中高素质自我。 我们要尊敬师长，我们不迟到早退，我们不以大欺小，我们团结友爱，我们着装整齐，不随意改动校服，不留奇头异发，不佩??怪异配饰，不化妆，不打架，我们和谐有礼，珍惜粮食，按时按量锻炼身体，我们积极参加校园活动，认真完成学业，诚实守信，不小偷小摸…… 太多太多我们应该严格遵守的规章制度，一定要铭记在心。在盐外，学校对于我们有更具体，更科学的管理，我们有与兄弟学校不同的规章制度，我们有各式各样精彩纷呈的活动，……这些，对于我们来说，都是终生难忘的。每天，当第一缕朝阳升起，我们就应该怀着言外学子应该具备的乐观上进的心态，去迎接新的一天，美好的一天。 我们要心
