When you feel irritable,don’t automatically reach for a cigerette to make you feel better. Take a few moments to relax. Start by breathing deeply and lifting your arms out to the side and over your head. ;It is a good idea to drink lots of water and eat lots of fruit when you are quitting smoking. This will help
