西安航空职业技术学院 毕业设计论文 PAGE 46 产品分拣系统运动仿真 1 摘要 CATIA是法国达索（Dassault）系统公司的大型高端CAD/CAE/CAM一体化应用软件，在世界CAD/CAE/CAM领域中处于领导地位，其内容涵盖了产品从概念设计、工业造型设计、三维模型设计、分析计算、动态模拟与仿真、工程图输出，到生产加工成产品的全过程，应用范围设计航空航天、汽车、机械、造船、通用机械、数控加工、医疗器械和电子等诸多领域。CATIA V5是达索公司在为数字化企业服务过程中不断探索的结晶，指明了企业未来发展的方向，与其他同类软件相比具有绝对的领先地位。 本毕业设计是重要的实践教学环节之一。本次毕业设计内容包括：机械手零件绘制，机械手零件装配，机械手运动机构仿真。通过对机械手的零件设计，装配以及运动模拟。从而实现了所学理论与软件绘制的结合，了解运动模拟的初步能力，进一步提高了查阅资料，设计手册及参考资料等方面的能力。通过这个过程使我对于培养独立思考和工作的能力大有裨益。 CATIA is the French Dassault (Dassault) systems, large-scale high-end, the integration of CAD/CAE/CAM application software in the world is a leader in the field of CAD/CAE/CAM, its content covers the products from concept design, industrial design, 3 d model design, analysis and calculation, dynamic modeling and simulation, engineering drawing output, to the whole process of production and processing into products, application design aerospace, automotive, machinery, shipbuilding, general machinery, CNC processing, medical equipment and electronics, and many other fields. CATIA V5 is dassault company for digital enterprise service continuously explore in the process of crystallization, pointed out the direction for the future development of enterprises, compared with other similar software has the absolute leading position. This graduation design is one of the important practical teaching link. The graduation design content includes: mechanical parts, mechanical parts assembly, manipulator motion simulation. Through to the manipulator parts design, assembling and motion simulation. To achieve a combination of the learning theory and drawing software, understand the motion simulation of the preliminary ability, further improve the check data, design manual and the ability of resources, etc. Through this process I will be great help to cultivate independent thinking and the ability to work.
