医用X光片机图像防护罩夹具设计  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II 摘要 近20年来,信息技术的发展推动了制造技术的进步,现代先进制造技术正逐渐成为全世界发展的重点。而机械制造工艺和机床夹具设计作为机械设计制造行业中必不可少的组成部分,在机械制造装备行业中正发挥着举足轻重的作用。 本论文是根据自己所学的专业知识和技能,结合实际工作生产实习所见所闻,以生活中必不可少的医疗设备—X光片机为基础,对其所需零部件进行夹具设计。X光片机图像防护罩主要用于X光片机图像摄影连接部分,为X光片机提供防护、保护作用,防止灰尘、水或者外力人为破坏,进而为病人的健康提供更科学的保障,有较强的现实研究意义。本文所设计研究的内容主要包括防护罩零件的图纸分析、材料选用、刀具选用、加工工艺分析和夹具定位方案设计、对刀及导向装置设计、夹紧装置设计、夹具体设计、夹具总装配图绘制等,运用所学理论知识和实践技能设计出具有实用性的夹具,从而提高生产效率,降低劳动强度。 关键词: 机械制造工艺 机械制造装备 机床夹具 X光片机 Abstract In the recent 20 years, the development of information technology promotes the progress of the manufacturing technology. Modern advanced manufacturing technology has gradually become the focus of development throughout the world. As an essential part of mechanical design and manufacturing industry, mechanical manufacturing process and fixture design have been playing a decisive role in the mechanical equipment manufacturing industry. Based on the professional knowledge and skills we have learned, combined with the actual production practice what I have seen and heard, on the basis of medical equipment-X ray machine which is essential in our daily life, this paper mainly design machine tool fixture for its components and parts. The image shield of X ray machine is mainly used in the image photography connection part of X ray machine, to provide protection for X ray machine, prevent dust, water or man-made damage, and provide the scientific support for the patients health, has the strong practical significance. The content of study design mainly includes the analysis of the drawings, the choice of materials and tools, the analysis of machining process and the plan design of fixed position, tool position accurately and guiding device design, clamping device design, the design of fixture body and draw the fixture assembly drawing. By using the theoretical knowledge and practical skills, the design of machine tool fixture practically, not only can improve the efficiency
