Abstract We used the successful practice between Fujian International Business ＆ Economic College
and Insurance enterprises as a case to analyze the win－wins situation on school－enterprise cooperation
between Senior Vocational Schools and enterprises． And we introduced how to choose the cooperative
company and design the procedure of “ Order”educational and cultivating pattern for researched the
implementing successfully．
