However, the using efficiency of C4 at home is still in a low level. So, finding a better comprehensive utilization method of C4 has became a problem that needed to be solved straightly. This project aims to design a C4 comprehensive utilization branch plant for Xinjiang Dushanzi Petrochemical Corporation. Our raw material of C4 comes from the project of 1000kt/a steam cracking of Xinjiang Dushanzi Petrochemical Corporation. The product scheme of this project is producing 163kt/a butadiene, 145kt/a propylene and 32kt/a ethylene. 1. The section of butadiene extraction is to extract the butadiene from the C4 hydrocarbon mixture raw material, which consists of double extracting, double stripping and butadiene purification.
