PAGE  学 号 毕业设计说明书 东疆港区集装箱码头2号泊位设计梁板式高桩码头结构 学生姓名高杰专业名称港口航道与海岸工程专业班级06级港口工程2班指导教师吕美君 高级工程师 土木工程系 2010年 6 月20日 东疆港区集装箱码头2号泊位工程设计 梁板式高桩码头结构 Dongjiang Port No.2 Container Terminal Berth Design Beam Piling Wharf Structure  摘 要 本次设计的港址是位于天津港东疆港区。码头类型为集装箱码头。根据设计工艺要求，码头总长度为660米，码头前沿停泊水域宽70米，最大可安全地停靠第三代集装箱船。仓库和堆场面积及分布根据货物量决定。码头前沿设计水深13.11米。码头分为10段，每段长63m。前方桩台长30m，后方桩台长38m。 该码头为整体装配梁板式高桩码头。面板采用预制板，搭接在纵梁上。纵梁分为装卸桥轨道梁、一般纵梁和边纵梁，纵梁搭在桩帽上。纵梁按刚性支撑连续梁计算。横向排架间距为7米，横梁采用钢筋混凝土叠合梁。重点部分是横向排架计算，采用桩两端为铰接柔性桩台的计算方法。对横梁、面板进行内力、配筋计算和抗裂验算。桩采用的是预制预应力空心方桩，对桩的承载力进行验算。 关键词： 集装箱； 高桩码头； 结构布置； 横向排架  ABSTRACT The design of the port site is located in Tianjin Dongjiang Port.The type of pier is container terminal. According to the design process requirements,the pier is 660 meters in length ,the water front parkof the pier is 70 meters,calling at maximum security to the third generation of container ships. Due to time constraints of the design only to go out and cantilever crane track the specific parts and general longitudinal calculation. Longitudinal support beam by rigid calculation. Transverse distance of 7 meters of reinforced concrete beams using composite beam.
