广东工业大学 华立学院 本科毕业设计 佛山市某综合楼工程预算 论文题目 佛山市某综合楼工程预算 学 部 城建学部 专 业 土木工程 班 级 11土木5班 学 号 23031105032 学生姓名 刘颖仪 指导教师 邹志强  摘要 本次毕业设计题目为佛山市某综合楼工程预算，由招标文件的编制、施工图预算、工程量清单的编制三部分组成。 本工程的建设地点在广东省佛山市，抗震设计烈度为6度，抗震等级为框架三级，屋面防水等级为一级，采用钢筋混凝土框架结构，本工程的建筑结构的安全等级为二级，结构设计基准期为50年, 结构设计使用年限为50年，类别为乙类，地基基础设计等级为乙级，建筑耐火等级为二级。本工程建筑面积约为2759.14??，层数一共有5层，建筑总高度为18.15米。 招标文件的编制、施工图预算和工程量清单的编制是设计的任务，工程量的计算是其核心部分和首要的工作，在设计过程中，以《建设工程计量与计价》、《工程量清单计价与规则》为依据，按照广东省建筑工程工程量清单计价办法进行，经过指导老师上课的仔细讲授与个别答疑，并通过使用查阅资料与网络等手段，在指导老师的帮助下先完成了工程量的计算。最后，根据广东省建筑工程综合定额进行套价计价。 关键词：工程预算，建筑工程，装饰工程 Abstract The graduation project entitled, Foshan City, a complex building project budget, preparation of tender documents by, construction budget, BOQ preparation of three parts.
