The paper brings forward the value chain model of the power supply companies by analyzing their characteristics. The existing problem of the supply companies is found through decomposing the business process of value increment parts. And the corresponding improvement advices are provided so that the power supply companies could better adapt to the market and consequently enhance the competitive ability.
