2型糖尿病患者载脂蛋白A5对血脂代谢的影响
【摘要】目的 探究2型糖尿病患者载脂蛋白A5对血脂代谢的影响。方法 选取2015年3月~2016年3月我院接受治疗的90例2型糖尿病患者为观察组,同期选取80例健康体检者为对照组,两组均采用酶联免疫法测定血清中的载脂蛋白A5,观察两组载脂蛋白A5(ApoA5)与甘油三脂(TG)、脂蛋白(HDL)、ApoA1(载脂蛋白A1)、ApoB100(载脂蛋白-b)、血糖(GLU)之间的比较,载脂蛋白A5与在不同血脂水平之间的比较,不同性别之间载脂蛋白A5与甘油三脂、脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白-b、血糖之间的比较,两组载脂蛋白A5与甘油三脂、脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白-b、血糖水平的相关性。结果 观察组患者的甘油三脂、脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白-b、血糖水平高于对照组患者的甘油三脂、脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白-b、血糖的水平明显高于对照组,女性的甘油三脂水平明显高于男性,两组差异显著(P0.05),有统计学意义。两组载脂蛋白A5与甘油三脂、脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白-b、血糖水平的无明显的相关性。两组差异显著(P0.05),无统计学意义。结论 载脂蛋白A5水平降低是引发2型糖尿病的高危因素,载脂蛋白A5是调节甘油三脂的重要因子。

Abstract Objective Abstract To explore type 2 diabetes apolipoprotein A5 on lipid metabolism. Methods Select March 2015 ~ March 2016 in our hospital treated 90 cases of type 2 diabetes patients in the observation group, earlier selected 80 healthy volunteers as control group, two groups were measured in serum lipid carrier with ELISA between protein A5, were observed apolipoprotein A5 (ApoA5) and triglyceride (TG), lipoproteins (HDL), ApoA1 (apolipoprotein A1), ApoB100 (apolipoprotein -b), glucose (GLU) comparison of apolipoprotein A5 comparison between the different lipid levels of apolipoprotein A5 between gender and triglycerides, lipoprotein, apolipoprotein A1, apolipoprotein -b, comparison between the blood sugar, two apolipoprotein A5 and triglycerides, lipoprotein, apolipoprotein A1, apolipoprotein -b, blood glucose levels of correlation.Results Observation group were triglycerides, lipoprotein, apolipoprotein A1, apolipoprotein -b, blood glucose levels higher than in patients with triglycerides, lipoprotein, apolipoprotein A1, apolipoprotein -b, blood sugar levels were significantly higher in women triglyceride levels were significantly higher than men, the difference was significant (P 0.05), statistically significant.
