This program is laid special emphasis on at the aspect of the image recognizing realizing , and has applied the algorithm of many image recognizing aspects like the binarization , and goes the chirp algorithm etcs , and compiles by way of VC , and application that Windows2000 serve as the operating system.Thesis has chiefly been introduced the development background of this subject , the course of the merit that will be accomplished ability and development .
