学校代码： 10128 学 号： 201230101113 本科毕业设计说明书 题 目：全向移动搬运车的设计 学生姓名：赵金彪 学 院：机械学院 系 别：机械系 专 业：机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级：机制12-5 指导教师：姜广君 副教授 二 〇 一 六 年 六 月摘要 随着机器人时代的到来，智能化家具，工业机器人，服务型机器人的飞速发展，随之而来的便是智能化机器人走进生产车间，来代替人的劳作，给人们到来方便快捷的服务，且缩短工作时间。全向移动搬运车应用于生产中的物料搬运，全方位、气动夹手定点搬运，全向移动与全场定位已经成为当今机器人运动系统的主要动力系统。 本课题来源于现实工厂棒料定点搬运，根据要求所设计的全向移动搬运车和双轴机械臂源于大量文献资料和实物，在了解其结构与功能后，将机械设计、计算机辅助设计等技术引入，通过理论计算获得零部件参数，其主要零部件包括双轴机械臂、气动夹手和全向移动底盘，当理论数据与实际数据相冲突时运用理论数据进行设计；利SolidWorks三维建模软件计对全向移动搬运车和装配体进行的建模；本次设计中全向移动搬运车在车体上安装手机机械臂和气动夹手，实现整个厂区的散件物料灵活搬运，可以大大提高搬运的效率，提高企业的综合竞争力。 关键词：全向移动；设计；机械；机器人；定点；  Abstract With the advent of the era of robots, intelligent furniture, industrial robots, the rapid development of humanoid robot, the subsequent is intelligent robot into the production workshop, instead of a persons work, give people coming fast and convenient service, and shorter working hours.
