It will be responsible for policies and procedures designed to protect the safety, environment and plan. 2 ORGANIZATION AND RESPONSIBILITY OF HSE DEPARTMENT The HSE Dept. will be set up under the leadership of the Project Director which carries out and superintendents the WORK with the assistance of QGPC. 2.1 Personnel Selection Position A Dept.
