PAGE  PAGE 147 1.2Mt/a选煤厂初步设计 摘 要 本次设计为120万吨的大型选煤厂。入洗的原煤为大宝顶矿原煤和花山矿原煤按5:5的比例混合后的煤,原煤的灰分为53.29% ,属于高灰分煤。设计任务要求精煤产品灰分小于10%,水分小于12%.精煤产品作为炼焦煤,煤泥代销,矸石外运。 因大于50mm矸石占入选原煤的8.97%,灰分为86.90%,故经预先筛分后直接作为矸石产品。原煤中的煤泥含量较多.小于0.5mm的部分占入选原煤的14.44%,小于1mm的部分占入选原煤的30.31%,故进行预先脱泥。采用直径为850mm的有压两产品重介旋流器对50-1mm的部分进行分选,产品分别进入精煤和矸石脱介筛。筛下由溜槽等管道收集合格介质和稀介质到相应的桶内。为了提高分选密度,并且减少煤泥量,精煤筛下的合格介质中有一少部分需要分流。采用TBS对1-0.25mm的那部分煤进行分选,溢流经高频筛和煤泥离心机脱水后作为精煤产品,底流经高频筛脱水后作为矸石产品。采用直接浮选工艺,浮选精煤使用加压过滤机脱水,而浮选尾煤使用快开压滤机脱水。 关键词:选煤厂,旋流器,粗煤泥,TBS,浮选 THE DESIGN OF 1.2MT/A COAL PREPARATION PLANT ABSTRACT The design is for the large-scale coal preparation plant of 120 tricro.The raw coal to be washed are the Dabaoding raw coal and Huashan raw coal which are mixed in the proportion of five:five. The ash content of the raw coal is 53.29% ,which is of high coal.The task of the design is to make the ash content of the washed coal be less than 10%,the moisture content be less than 12%.And the washed coal will act as coking coal, sludge will be sold seperately,and the reject will be carried away. the reject is directly of products after screening whose particle sizes are larger than fifty millimeters occupy the feed’s 8.97% , and the ash content is 86.90%. The sludge content of the raw coal is a little too hogh.the part whose particle sizes are less than 0.5 millimeters occupy the feed’s 14.44% and the part whose particle sizes are less than 1 millimeters occupy the feed’s 30.31% ,so we adopt desliming beforehand.Separated by the pressured media cyclone whose diameter is 850 millimeters,the coal will be carried to the washed coal and the rejects sculping screens separately.The materials that below the mesh screens will acess to corresponding qualified media and sparse media casks.In order to increase the separation density and decrease the sludge content,a part of the qualified media form the washed coal sculping screen should be distributed.using TBS to dispose the part whose particle sizes are of 1-0.25 millimeters ,the
