PAGE  PAGE 12 北川羌族聚居地重建与旅游发展分析 摘要：作为绵阳市旅游资源开发的重点县，北川具有很高的旅游开发价值，特别是作为全国唯一的羌族自治县，北川独特的羌族文化、优美的自然风光非常值得旅游者前去观光体验。“5.12”大地震在给北川人民的生命和财产带来巨大损失的同时，也留下了灾难的象征和人类面对灾难书写的无惧无畏、众志成城的史实，以及众多的遗迹、遗物和遗存，这些都构成了北川的多重特殊的价值。灾后，全国人民都非常关注北川，关注羌族这个少数民族，而北川所面临的不仅是重建，还有快速恢复经济发展的现实。本文主要是在对北川羌族地区震后重建及旅游发展方面进行研究的基础上，指出北川羌族地区震前旅游的缺陷以及灾后旅游发展的现状，并根据科学的分析，对其灾后旅游重建及发展提出可行的建议。 关键词：羌族文化保护 震后特色旅游 灾后重建 Qiang settlements reconstruction and analysis of tourism development of Beichuan Abstract：As the focus of the development of tourism resources of Mianyang , Beichuan have high value to tourism development, especially as the countys only Qiang Autonomous County, Qiang peoples unique culture and beautiful natural scenery are very worthy of tourists to go sightseeing and experience. 5.12 earthquake in the Beichuan peoples lives and causes huge losses of property, but also a symbol of the disaster has left the face of disaster and human writing a fearless and concerted efforts of the historical facts, as well as a large number of relics, artifacts and relics , which constitutes a special multi-kitagawa value.
