PAGE  PAGE 10 浅谈新课标背景下的交际性英语 长沙市雨花区枫树山小学 陈 旖 摘要 本文拟从英语新课标的背景出发,探讨了教师在教学中应注重培养学生“交际性英语”的能力。文章主要对其出现的原理性的重要支撑和技术性的重要辅助进行了分析,详细阐述了体验和合作是实践交际性英语的恰当途径,同时也从开放型和任务型教学的角度对如何优化交际性英语进行了分析,并就如何从创新和探究的高度来拓展交际性英语提出了实质性的阐述。本文旨在倡导教师帮助学生借助体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式,以促进学生英语交际能力的提高。 关键词 新课标背景; 交际性英语; 实践; 优化; 拓展  Abstract According to the New English Curriculum Standard, communicative English ability of the students is of great importance. This paper aims to focus on the cultivation of the students’ communicative English ability under the circumstance of the New English Curriculum Standard. The methods of inquiry and cooperation are emphasized regularly. On the whole, the body of this paper consists of four parts. First of all, it analyzes the theoretical principles to advocate communicative English, communicative English ability should be given prominence as teaching, which involves the mutual influence between teaching and learning is a dynamic process. Then the feasible methods of putting the communicative English into practice are expatiated in the second part. The best way to achieve this purpose, given in the paper, is helping the students to learn to study and cooperate. They should use English in real communicative environment. Thirdly, two methods of optimizing the communicative English capability is recommended, they are task-based teaching and open approach teaching. Last but not least, the paper shows us that innovation and inquiry prove to be appropriate in the course of developing the communicative English ability, thus the students can use English creatively when communicating and furthermore, they can “learn to use the language” and “learn with the language.” 关键词  New English Curriculum Standard;communicative English;practice ; optimize; develop 前言 21世纪是社会信息化时代,而信息需要语言作为载体;21世纪是经济全球化时代,全球化行为需要全球化语言沟通;21世纪是跨文化交际时代,这种不同文化背景的人之间所发生的相互作用,是可以通过语言为途径来产生的;21世纪是人才竞争的时代,新世纪人才的必要条件之一是掌握英语。我国在基础教育发展战略中把英语教育作为公民素质教育的重要组成部分,并将其摆在了突出的地位,这次课程改革是一项复杂而细致的系统
