PAGE  我国社会足球的发展探究 张鲲，王敏娜，刘望鹏，鱼世龙 （陕西师范大学体育人文社会科学研究中心，陕西 西安 710062） 摘要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等对我国社会足球现阶段发展情况进行分析，认为：社会足球发展已经成为一场自下而上的改革需求，迫切需要自上而下的推动；我国社会足球存在普及程度不高，缺乏规范化引导，缺乏系统化组织，更缺乏各地之间的连动，无法形成更广泛的社会影响力，更难以形成相关产业、带动相关消费等诸多问题。原因在于：足球失去“草根性”；竞技足球与社会足球的脱节；传统观念对社会足球的影响。建议：充分发挥政府、市场、社会的力量，建立三位一体的社会足球发展体制和运行机制；处理好足球事业和足球产业的关系；把握好政府参与的尺度；大力发展和规范草根足球，实现社会组织合法性；进行合理的人力资源和场地设施资源配置和协调；建立丰富的社会足球竞赛体系等。只有这样，这场“中国式的足球革命”才能真正意义上实现我国足球水平的提升。 关键词：我国；社会足球；发展 Explore the development of china social football Zhang kun，Wang min na，Liu wang peng，Yu shi long （Research Center of Sport Humanities and Social Science, Shaanxi Normal University, Xian 710062, Shaanxi China） Abstract:Using the method of literature, logic analysis and so on to analyze the present development situation of Chinas social football and that: Development of Social football has become a bottom-up reform demand, an urgent need a power from top to bottom to push; China social football is popularity is not high, the lack of standardized guidance, lack of systematic, more lack of correlation between, unable to form a wider range of social influence, more difficult to form related industry, leading consumption, and so on.Causes of the problem are: football lost grassroots;competitive football disconnected with the social football; social football influenced by the traditional ideas.So,suggestions are: should give full play to the power of government, market,and society, establish a trinity development system and operational mechanism about society football; Deal with the relationship between football undertaking and football industry;Hold good government intervention measure; Vigorously develop and standardize the grassroots football, realize social organizational legitimacy; The reasonable human resources and facilities allocation of resources and coordination; To establish rich competition system about social football.Only in this way, the revolution in Chinese football can truly realize the football level of ascension.
