Human Affairs Division, NanyangNormal College, Nanyang473061, China) Abstract: In this paper, in view of the current status of the management of hospitals in China and under the guidance of the principles of supply chain management, we optimized and restructured the diagnosis process of the hospitals, proposed a systematic and comprehensive plan for its reengineering. Then, usingthe method ofprocess analysis, we theoretically evaluated the performance of the result of the restructuring and used the hypothesis- test method in an empirical study, finding that the newprocess was highly efficient and agile and was of certain referential value for alleviatingthe difficultyofthe societyin seekingmedical opinions.
