抹茶慕斯蛋糕的制作方法 主料：鸡蛋3个，低筋面粉80克，杏仁粉20克 辅料：细砂糖90克，玉米糖浆5克，黄油16克，牛奶80克，奶油奶酪30克，抹茶粉10克，淡奶油200克，鱼胶片2片 抹茶慕斯蛋糕简单的做法 1.鸡蛋打到一个无水无油的干净盆里，加入糖70克和糖浆，隔40度左右的温水高速搅打 2.鸡蛋搅打至之前的两倍大，(呈现奶油状)提起打蛋器蛋糊缓缓流下，但是落在盆里不会马上消失(可用牙签插入蛋糊中一厘米，牙不倒即成) 3.取出打蛋的盆，把60克牛奶黄油克倒进一碗里，放进热水里隔水融化 4.低筋面粉、杏仁粉过筛两次，筛入蛋糊中，翻拌至看不到干面粉 5.倒入融化的牛奶黄油混合的液体，把面糊翻拌均匀 6.拌好的面糊倒入模具里，轻轻震出气泡 6、烤箱开上下火160度预热15分钟，放中层，烤25分钟，取出晾凉 7、烤好的蛋糕取出后用小一圈的模具刻出圆形坯，然后刷糖浆 8、牛奶20克隔热水加温热后放入抹茶粉，搅拌至均匀 9、然后加入奶油奶酪搅拌至细滑无颗粒 10、把泡软的吉利丁放进去融化，然后取出装奶酪糊的盆晾凉 11、淡奶油加糖打成6分发 12、跟奶酪糊混合成慕斯糊 13、模具里放一片蛋糕，倒入一层慕斯糊，摆上一片蛋糕片 14、再倒一层慕斯糊轻轻震出气泡 15、放冰箱冷藏凝固(大概2小时左右)，慕斯完全凝固之后取出，即可取出脱模食用 Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, two session of the five plenary meeting spirit, fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development based XX youth career development planning in accordance with the 11th Five-Year , building a first-class team, with first-class team.
