临床药师对1例放射性肺损伤并肺部感染患者的药物治疗实践 1＊ 2# 廖香兰 ，孟晓晖 （1.景德镇市妇幼保健院药剂科，江西景德镇 333000；2.江西省人民医院药剂科临床药学 室，南昌 330006） 中图分类号 R974；R969.3 文献标志码 A 文章编号 1001-0408（2014）02-0177-03 DOI 10.6039/j.issn.1001-0408.2014.02.28 摘 要 目的：探讨临床药师参与临床工作实践的方法，总结药学服务经验。方法：在1例放射性肺损伤并肺部感染患者的治疗 过程中，临床药师查阅资料分析患者、疾病及药物的特点，为临床医师提供有效的抗感染治疗方案。结果：医师采纳临床药师建 议，采用亚胺培南抗感染治疗5d 后患者咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷、气喘等症状基本消失，两肺无明显干湿性啰音，血常规中性粒细胞百分 比为60％，恢复正常，取得了较好的临床效果。结论：临床药师参与药物治疗过程中，应丰富临床知识；在熟悉临床知识基础上， 充分发挥自己药学专业知识的优势，并充分考虑患者及疾病的特点，为临床用药提供服务。 关键词 临床药师；放射性肺损伤；肺部感染；肿瘤 Practice of Drug Therapy for a Radiation-induced Lung Injury Patient with Pneumonia Infection by Clini- cal Pharmacists 1 2 LIAO Xiang-lan ，MENG Xiao-hui （1. METHODS ：Clinical pharmacists analyzed a case of radiation-induced lung injury with lung in- fection on the basis of the characteristics of patient ，disease and drugs ，and provided a reasonable anti-infection treatment for the doctor. RESULTS ：Clinical pharmacists ’suggestion was adopted by the doctor ，and the patients ’cough ，sputum ，chest tightness and other symptoms were disappeared by using imipenem after five days ；and the lungs were not heard significant wet or dry rales ， and neutrophile granulocyte was 60％，returned to normal ，and good clinical effect had been achieved. CONCLUSIONS ：In the process of drug treatment ，clinical pharmacists should enrich more clinical knowledge ，give full play to the advantage of their pro- fessional knowledge and consider about the characte
