3D打印系统设计研究 牛一帆 (山东省济宁市技师学院,济宁 272000) 摘 要:3D打印技术以计算机三维设计模型为蓝本,软件将其离散分解,数控成型系统利用激光束等方式将粉末状、液状或丝状金属、陶瓷、塑料、细胞组织等材料进行逐层堆积黏结,最终叠加成型,制造出实体产品的技术对其内涵、发展及趋势,尤其对其系统的设计进行了深入细致的研究与探讨。将其系统按功能设计为五大模块,分别为目前,该技术已该项技术将会带来全球制造业经济的重大变革,3D打印产业将成为下一个具有广阔前景的朝阳产业关键词:3D打印;个性化生产;叠加成型;中图分类号:TH16 文献标识码:A Research 3D?Printing System Design NIU Yi-Fan (Jining College of Technician, Jining 272000, China) Abstract: 3D printing technology is such a technology as 3D?model designed by computer is blueprint,? it is decomposed into several plane layers by software, then pulverous, liquid or filamentous metal,?ceramic, plastic,??cell tissue?and other materials?are composed layer by layer using laser beams by NC?forming systems, eventually physical?product is superposed and molded. Connotation, development and trend of?this technology,?especially its system design, are?researched?and discussed intensively.?According to respective function, five modules of its system are?designed; they are 3D model?acquisition module,?3D model?processing module,?3D?model?layering module,?3D model?printing module?and post-processing module.?Every module is?designed and studied in detail. At present,?this technology?has been widely applied in various fields.?This technology will?bring about a great change in?global manufacturing?economy;?3D printing?industry?will become?a?promising?sunrise industry.?But?due to materials?and other factors,?this technology?can not completely replace?traditional material-reduced?manufacturing?method and?realize large-scale industrialized production;?two kinds of?production?mode will coexist and will be complementary for a long period of time in future.
