Science Department, Southernyangze University, Wuxi　214036, China ) Abstract:As the existent vulcanization jar multiprocessing control system is enormous, the deployed wires are complex, and the con- trol precision is very low, a rubber vulcanization intelligent multiprocessing control system based on fieldbus is designed, adopting advanced immune fuzzy PID control method. In this sy stem, the control precision for temperature and pressure is enhanced. The product eligible coef- ficient is enhanced too. The vulcanization period is shortened. The shortened time is 2～5 minutes every time. T he control efficiency is en- hanced, and theenergy resources aredetracted. Becauseof theimmune fuzzy PID method, the control capability is better than the traditional PID. This method provides a new experiment for enhancing of vulcanization control precision.
