Methods:Eletrop siological and clinioal data of 104 caseswit GBS were analyzed retrospetiely.19 patients sural nerve wit GBSwere study by lig t and electron microscopic.Results:In t e 104 patients wit GBS 60.37% ad a preceding gastrointrstinal tract infection and 49.03%close contact wit organop osp orus pesticide.Among t e 104 petientswit GBS, t e demyelinating pattern appeared was present in 64 petients, t e axonal pattern in 31 petients and 8 petients were inexcitable.T e pat ological findings:sural nerve biopsy s owed t at demyelinating pattern was t e predoment pat ological c ange in 19 cases, axonal pattern was also seen in 13 of 19 cases.Conclusion:In 104 patient wit GBS, t e demyelinaing pattern was t e major electrop ysological subtype, gastrointes-tinal tract infection was t e predoment.Effects of organop osp orus pesticide in t e electrop ysiological of axoual various subtype. 　　 1992 -2001 104 - 1 。64 ,61.53%。 (Guillain-Barre,GBS),
