Ｒesearch advances in resistance mechanisms of pest insects
to diamide insecticides

Abstract :Diamide insecticides ，targeting ryanodine receptor of insects ，are a group of novel insecticides
and widely used against many lepidopterous pest insects for its excellent insecticidal activity． However ，
field populations of several pest insects have developed high resistance to this group of insecticides and
even led to control failure in fields． Based on the review of current situation in resistance of pest insects to
diamide insecticides ，the latest research advances in the resistance mechanisms were summarized and the
future work was discussed． This paper will shed light on further studies on resistance mechanisms to
