T he results showe that the plant growth an biomass coul be promote by inoculation; the contents of chlorophyll, carotenoi s, soluble sugar, soluble pro- tein, an the activity of SOD an POD of leaf w as higher than those of controlle plant, an the con- tents of M DA an proline ecrease ; the total coumarin content in ifferent plant parts w as promote by inoculation, the inoculation effect of AM fungi w as closely relate to AM fungi species. Beg 193 re- sulte in the significant increase of total coumarin an imperarorin content, an the external configura- tion of A ng el ica dahur ica roots inoculate w ith the native fungi w as the best.
