Bruker D8衍射仪上PANalytical X光管焦斑的调整

摘 要 X 光管是 X 射线衍射仪的核心元件之一,但其价格昂贵且易老化,不同厂家生产的 X 光管规格又不尽相同,这
给仪器的维修带来较大困难,寻找可替代光管及加深对其认识具有重要的现实意义和应用价值。本文在Bruker D8 ADVANCE型
X射线粉末衍射仪上,采用PANalytical公司生产的X-ray陶瓷光管代替其原配光管,在对光管底盖做了适当的调整,使光管和
底盖间错位90o 后,X光路由点焦斑转变为线焦斑,发现仪器的灵敏度较调整前提高一倍,同原配Simens公司生产的陶瓷光管
相当。

Abstract X-ray tube is one of the core components of X-ray diffractometer. However, it is expensive and easy to age,
and the specifi cations of X-ray tubes from various manufacturers are different, which gives more diffi culties to the instru-
ment maintenance. Finding alternatives to X-ray tube and deepening their understanding are of great practical signifi cance
and application value. In this paper, the fi rst wife tube made by Simens was deplaced by PANalytical ceramic X-ray tube
for Bruker D8 ADVANCE X-ray powder diffractometer, and the performance was tested in detail. After a rotation of 90o
between the tube and base plate, it was found that the X-ray path was changed from spot focus to line focus, and the instru-
ment sensitivity was doubled and similar with the fi rst wife ceramic tubes.
