Enable students to master the pronunciation of the consonants and“ear”,“air”,“ are”in part2 in lesson3. 2.Make students have the ability to spell and read words. 3.Develop students’ confidence and spirit to cooperate. II. Key points and difficult?point 1.Enable students to spell and read the words when they see them. 2.Enable students to pronounce 搒 p?搒t?correctly. f t = 3 \* ROMAN \* MERGEFORMAT III.Teaching Methods and Aids TBLT,CLT ,Audio-Visual methods and cards.? IV.Teaching procedures Greeting Sing an English song. Purpose: let students feel English atmosphere. 2.Lead-in Let students guess what it is in the handbag. Then one student takes out three cards with 揳ir? 揳re攁nd 揺ar?and stick it on the three sections on tudentthe blackboard.Follow the record to learn the pronunciation of 揳ir? 揳re?and 揺ar?still they master it. 3.Group Work (1)Present all the consonants in part2 on PPT.Then divide students into 6groups to try reading them . (2)Ask students as many as possible to read the consonants with the help of the teacher, especially paying attention to 搒 p?搒t? Purpose: Students can master the pronunciation of 揳ir? 揳re?and 揺ar?and consonants by discussing and build up their confidence. 4.Stick and Read (1)Send a piece of big paper with three sections of “air”, “are”,“ear” and some cards of all the consonants in part2 to each group.Students stick the cards to the corresponding sections. The group which sticks more correct words is the winner. 2.Students spell and read the words . Purpose: Students can master the skills of spelling and reading . Group work and competition can stimulate their interest. Guess and vie to read first . Students guess and vie to read first the words according to the consonants gave. Purpose: This step is to consolidate the knowledge we learned in this lesson. Listen and Choose Listen to the record and choose the correct answers
