摘 要
为了降低微透镜阵列的双折射,将注射压缩成型工艺应用于微透镜阵列的成型,设计制
造了基于压缩框概念的微透镜阵列注射压缩成型模具,采用单因素试验研究了压缩参数(压
缩距离、压缩速度和压缩压力)对双折射的影响规律,研究结果表明:与注射成型比较,注
射压缩成型制件虽然在极近浇口处双折射较大,但是在工作平面内,双折射显著降低,比注
射成型小约42%;双折射随压缩速度、压缩压力的增大而减小,随压缩距离的增大先减小后
增大;压缩参数对双折射影响大小的排序为压缩距离压缩速度压缩压力。

OF INJECTION COMPRESSION MOLDED MICROLENS ARRAY

ABSTRACT
Injection compression molding was introduced to the fabrication of polymer micorlens array
in order to solve the problem of large birefringence. An injection compression mold for microlens
array based on the concept of stamping frame was designed and fabricated. Single factor
experiment design was adopted to investigate the effects of various compression processing
parameters, i.e. compression distance, compression speed and compression force, on the
birefringence of molded part. It was revealed that compared with injection molding while
birefringence of microlens array by injection compression molding is larger in close vicinity of the
gate, it’s significantly reduced in the functional areas by about 42%. It was also found that
birefringence decreases with increased compression speed and compression force, while first
decreases and then increases with increased compression distance. Compression distance,
compression speed and compression force shows a decreasing magnitude of influence on
birefringence.
