OA办公系统 所在学院 班 级 姓 名 学 号 指导教师 起止时间 XXXX 年 XX 月 XX 日  摘 要 随着信息需求的增长，传统的信息交流方式早已不能满足企业对传递和处理大量信息的需要，因而亟需把网络技术渗透到企业的日常工作。而网络办公与管理的应用则满足了企业对办公网络化、自动化的管理需求，不仅可以极大提高企业内部的管理水平，并加快内部信息流通，确保信息有效利用，增强企业的核心竞争力。 企业办公自动化系统能够针对企业的具体业务要求，通过运用Internet通信技术，将企业信息化管理和网络化办公结合在一起，在加强企业竞争力和提升企业管理能力的同时实现企业信息共享，避免“数字鸿沟”和“信息孤岛”的现象。 本毕业设计的内容是设计并且实现一个基于web技术的OA办公系统，故而系统主要以j2EE作为开发基础,主要使用了struts2+spring+hibernate等多种框架的结合使用，用myeclipse作为开发工具，以MYSQL作为数据库，以Macromedia公司的Dreamweaver作为界面美化工具，使用JAVA语言开发，页面采取JSP动态页面开发技术。该系统界面简单、操作方便，容易维护。 关键词：OA办公系统,S.S.H(Struts ,Hibernate ,Spring),JAVA , JSP  ABSTRACT Along with the information demand growth, the traditional information communication mode cant meet the enterprise on the transmission and processing a lot of information needs, which needs the network technology into the daily work of enterprises. Network management office and application, to meet the enterprise office network, automation management needs, not only can greatly improve the enterprise internal management level, and to speed up the internal information flow, ensure the efficient utilization of information, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Enterprise office automation system can be for enterprises to the specific business requirements, through the use of Internet communication technology, the enterprise information management and network office together, to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises and enhance enterprise management capabilities of the enterprise information sharing, avoiding the digital divide and information isolated island phenomenon.
