盐城工学院《学年论文》中国邮政快递(EMS)的发展现状与对策研究学号姓名完成日期中国邮政快递(EMS)的发展现状与对策研究摘??要:自改革开放以来,随着我国经济的不断发展,国内市场的不断开拓,中国快递行业也迅速发展壮大起来。而中国邮政快递(EMS)作为一家国有企业,更是拥有国家政策的支持及自身独特的经营优势,如覆盖全国城乡的网点体系和庞大专业的投递团队;长期以来实力雄厚的国有大企业形象;方便快捷的绿卡金融网等。但同时它也存在着诸如体制不顺、政企不分,市场观念淡薄,缺乏服务意识和品牌意识,服务价格偏高、机动性不强等方面的国有企业固有问题。近十年来,随着中国邮政市场的对外开放,跨国物流企业纷纷登陆中国,凭借其长久的经验积累,雄厚的物质基础,强大的技术设备支持迅速抢占国内市场。与此同时,随着电子商务及网络购物平台的发展,民营快递公司如雨后春笋般突起,较低的价格、便捷的服务使它们快速抢占了国内市场份额。这些都给EMS的发展带来了挑战。在和国外大跨国物流公司与国内民营物流企业的竞争过程中,EMS应当如何面对?面对自身存在的不足,EMS又当如何克服,发挥优势继续经营?在本文中,将对中外快递发展及国内快递市场作出分析,并针对EMS所处的竞争环境及存在问题作出相应的对策与建议,以使EMS提高自身竞争力,得到长远发展。关键词:中国邮政快递;EMS;物流市场;竞争;对策The development status of China postal delivery and Countermeasure researchAbstract:Since reform and opening up, with the continuous development of our economy, continuously expand the domestic market, Chinas express delivery industry also grows rapidly. Nearly ten years, as Chinas postal markets opening to the outside world, the multinational logistics companies in China, with its long-term accumulation of experience, strong material base, strong technology and equipment support quickly seized the domestic market. At the same time, with the development of e-commerce and network shopping platform, private Courier companies have sprung up bumps, low prices and convenient services to make them quickly preempted the domestic market share.
