陕西省地震重灾区地方病防治恢复重建工作 需求调查及评估报告 徐刚要 李家兴 华基礼 [摘要] 目的 科学评估地震灾害对陕西省地方病防治工作的影响，为制定灾后恢复重建规划提供科学依据。方法 采集地震重灾区勉县、陈仓区不同类型生活饮用水各40份，测定氟、砷含量，水氟测定用氟离子选择电极法，水砷测定用氢化物发生原子荧光法；采集宁强县、略阳县受灾育龄妇女家中碘盐及尿样各200份，盐碘用半定量法检测，尿碘用砷铈催化分光光度法检测；对宁强县、略阳县灾区7—12岁儿童各100名进行大骨节病临床及X线拍片检查，并采集儿童发样各20份用2，3—二氨基萘荧光分光光度法测定硒含量，采集其家中粮食各20份用酶联免疫吸附法Department of Kaschin-Beck Disease, Shaanxi Provincial Institute for Endemic Disease Control, Shaanxi Xi’an 710003 ,China [abstract] Object To evaluate the effect of endemic disease prevention in Shaanxi Province caused by earthquake and supply scientific basis for making decision of restoration and recon- struction after earthquake. Methods 40 different drinking water samples were collected respectively from Mianxian and Chencang city which are earthquake severe hit areas. The content of fluorine and arsenic in the water was detected respectived by Fluoride ion-selective electrode and hydride genration atomic fluorescence spectrometry. 200 iodized salt and urine samples were collected from affected household women in Ningqiang and Lveyang city. The content of iodine in the iodized salt was detected by Semi-quantitative, and the content of houshold women ’s urinary iodine was determined by As(III)-Ce4+ catalytic spectrophotometry. 100 chidren aged 7~12 were detected by clinical and X-ray examination for KBD from Ningqiang and Lveyang city. 20 hair samples of the children and the food at home were collected respectively, then the content of selenium was determined by 2,3 - Diamino naphthalene fluorescence spectrophotometry. The content of T-2 toxin in the food was detected by ELISA. Results No serious hydrological, geological damage incidents were found. Fluoride content in 1 of 80 water samples was beyond 1.5mg/L, accounting for 1.25%; 5 samples were between 1.0mg/L and 1.5mg/L, accounting for 6.25%; the arsenic content of all samples were below 0.01 mg/L; all the salt samples from the home of household aged 18~45 were iodine salt, the median of the household wome
