General Education 普教 学前教育发展呼吁公平 ——对学前教育地位的反思 侯敬芹 （西南大学教育学院 重庆 4007 15） 摘 要 近年来，随着社会的发展，学前教育逐渐引起人们的重视。但纵向比较来说，学前教育还存在着很多不公平的因 素，具体可表现为：理论层面，在综合教育类的期刊杂志中，关于学前教育的文献比例远远少于中小学或高等教育类。实践 方面，政府对学前教育的财政支出在教育体系中所占比例是最小的;公立幼儿园数量远远不能满足幼儿的需要；与其他教育 阶段教师相比，幼儿园教师存在着专业素质较低、待遇差等问题。对这些问题的解决是促进学前教育公平，提升学前教育 质量的关键因素。 关键词 学前教育 忽视 教育公平 G61 A 中图分类号： 文献标识码： Appeal to Equality in Preschool Education ——Rethink of Preschool Education Status HOU Jingqin (Educational College, Southwest University,Chongqing 4007 15) In recent years, with the development of society, preschool education gradually attracted peoples attention.
