Methods ：In order to analyze and summarize relevant disease，we seeked ancient literature from the Huangdis Inner Classic to the Qing Dynasty，retrieving the main clinical manifestations and similar disease characteristics and pathogenesis as the retrieval points. Results ：Some diseases in ancient literature are at different angles associated with HFMD，such as Febrile disease，epidemic disease，epidemic rash，wet warm disease，etc. Conclusion ：Analyzing the above disease-related literature is contribute to understanding，prevention and tr
