A Research and Development of Novel Methanol-Diesel Oil Fuel

Abstract ：This article is to summarize the domestic and overseas development and experimental
formulations of methanol-diesel oil fuel in the recently years, then to introduce the mechanism of
methanol-diesel oil microemulsion and energy conservation. Compared with general diesel, methanol-diesel oil
has always been better combustion ability, lower energy consumption and less pollution. Finally, the
development of this field is given some outlook in the future.
