Abstract: 236 college students were tested to explore the achievement goal orientation and students the relationship between vocational maturity results show that: (1) students vocational maturity only with the achievement goal questionnaire Shen learning goal orientation significantly correlated, ( 2) The two dimensions of achievement goal orientation and career maturity patterns of various dimensions of the correlation between the existence of differences: Learning Goal Orientation Scale scores and career goals, career self-confidence and job reference to a significant positive correlation; performance goal orientation scale score and professional self-confidence and vocational value of a significant negative correlation. But a significant positive correlation professional reference ‘(3) the background variables for the college students learning goal orientation has a significant impact, the conclusion: achievement goal orientation can influence the career maturity of college students, but also analyzed the results of theoretical and practical significance, and to propose that the future research directions.
