1 Australia in the 21st century the characteristics of the system of vocational education
1.1 diversified investment system of vocational education In the 21st century, the Australian Government through the introduction of market mechanisms, to establish government, business, industry and individual investment in vocational education among diverse systems, so that each year the total growth of vocational education funds which accounted for 60% of government investment, business investment in the industry accounted for 30 %, personal investment and self-financing colleges, 10%, while the Australian government to encourage education output, to attract overseas students studying in schools at all levels, to implement profitable part of the school tax exemption.
